I was promptly picked up at the airport, no waiting. The car was brand new. Your prices are very fair, the best in Mobay I think. Dhana's on-line setup made every aspect of the rental easy to do on my own. We also very much appreciated Marshalee's help in sorting out the insurance process, which could have proven quite a mess. The vehicle was in tip-top shape. Our sons especially appreciated the CD player, as using it made the longer drives feel much shorter. No complaints here at all. Toyota Corolla is one of the most reliable cars available in the world. It certainly served our purposes. The larger vans would be useful for a bigger party of travelers. Every single person--from Mr. Dhana, to Marshalee, to the gentleman who drove us back to the airport (sorry, but I can't recall his name) gave us the feeling that they truly cared about the quality of our experience in Jamaica. We were made to feel right at home. Naturally, I worried that there might be some long drawn-out process for returning the car, which could lead to a late arrival at the airport, but it was nothing of the sort. We had the business matters concluded within 15 minutes. Very smooth! I appreciated that there were no hidden charges, and no attempts to extort us, or cajole us into renting, say, a larger car, or anything of this sort. Accuracy is key and Dhana's provided exactly that. Mr. Dhana and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from start to finish. This was as good a car rental experience as I've ever had and if/when we return to Jamaica, we'll be back for more!

I want to express my gratitude. I have to tell you that this is the first time I have rented a vehicle in Jamaica that I had no complaints about. You were so right about the space, we fit perfectly!....the size of a Toyota Corolla is perfect.

By the way, the guest house in St. Elizabeth where we stayed is called Driftwood and it is a nice place to go for some R&R.........you should try it some time. It's directly on the ocean with a constant breeze blowing all the time - the nights were so cool I found myself reaching for the covers!
